Hear what Nicho has to say!

If you want to put on muscle, just listen to George.

Nicho wanted to gain strength, build muscle, while staying lean and athletic.

He’s a multi-sport athlete, playing basketball, jiu jitsu and wrestling. To add on to that, he runs his own business and captures pictures for LUG Sports. All this while being in school full-time.

Safe to say, guy’s got a busy schedule. Him and I both knew that the key to seeing gains was mastering his time management.

In the past 6 months, Nicho gained 15.8 lbs with ZERO FAT. Staying shredded while growing his shoulders, arms, traps and chest.

Nicho also saw strength gains across all his lifts while only training 3-4 days a week. Much less than the traditional 5-6.

I was happy to hear his current 12 rep max on Bench Press used to be his 5 rep max before the program. He’s no stranger to pushing himself hard in the gym, so we put all the focus into his consistency with the diet and his recovery.

With a packed schedule like his, we were bound to run into some obstacles. But time after time, Nicho pulled through, getting his meals in and improving his sleep during the program.

I’ve known Nicho personally for a while before boarding him on The Incredible Bulk, even before we launched publicly, he was one of the first I worked with 1-on-1.

He’s driven. Like crazy driven. Starting his own business at 16 while lifting, playing sports, working and in school requires a special kind of person.

I was thrilled to see his efforts even when times got a little rocky. He’s been overwhelmed with work, sick, gone out of town, and still does what needs to be done.

If you want an example of someone who stays composed even when everything seems chaotic, Nicho is your guy.
